KEN HARRISON – CHAIRMAN 

Ken Harrison is the Chairman of Promise Keepers and also serves as CEO of WaterStone Foundation, a Christian donor advised fund that donates over $1 million per week to build God’s Kingdom. His mission is to provide executive leadership and strategic direction to the ministry while inspiring men to be bold, humble and ambitious about their faith. 

After starting his career as a police officer with the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) in the notorious Watts/Compton area, Harrison spent nearly two decades in the commercial real estate arena both nationally and internationally. After successfully building and growing his company, he sold the majority interest to Colliers International, the second largest commercial real estate company in the world. He stayed on as CEO of U.S. Valuation and Chair of International Valuation.  

Harrison is a Colson Fellow and has served on numerous local and national boards, including: FCA, Colorado Uplift, Urban Youth Ministries, Corban University and WaterStone. Harrison lives in Colorado with his wife of 28 years. They have three adult children.  

An author and corporate speaker, Harrison has appeared on many radio interviews as well as The 700 Club and Turning Point television shows. With a long record of dedicated service to ministry, Harrison leads Bible studies locally and participated in numerous mission trips to Mexico, South Africa, Haiti, and the Philippines.  

Harrison’s new book, The Rise of the Servant Kings – What the Bible Says About Being a Man, is scheduled for release May 2019, by WaterBrook Multnomah.  

Pastor Pasqual Urrabazo

Pastor Pasqual Urrabazo has served on the senior pastoral team at the International Church of Las Vegas (ICLV) for over 20 years.  He is a native of Las Vegas, and brings his extensive knowledge of the city, and especially the Hispanic community, to the ICLV family.  He serves the Las Vegas community at several levels including working with the Mayor’s Faith Initiative team, as part of RECAP (a special crisis team) that works with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Chaplain for the city of Las Vegas.  He serves on the Latino Coalition for Israel,  VP of the National Latino/Latina commission, inducted into Martial Arts Hall of Fame, White House Faith opportunity initiative team and he represents the Hispanic and Faith community in national government affairs at the White House.

Pastor Pasqual has ministered nationally and internationally and is known for his passion to see people set free through the power of the Holy Spirit, his prophetic gifting and insight.  Through his lifestyle, he demonstrates the qualities of a true servant in his family, the local fellowship, and in the Kingdom of God.


Pastor Joshua Cho


Reverend Joshua Cho was born and raised in Chicago, IL, to immigrant parents from South Korea. He received his Master of Divinity degree at Covenant Theological Seminary in St. Louis, MO. He has pastored in Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, and now serves as English Pastor of Chinese Community Church in Washington, D.C. Whether it is children, youth, college or beyond, Rev. Cho is thankful to God to have the privilege of being called into full-time ministry. He loves preaching the Word of God, worshiping the Lord through praise, and seeing people from every culture and context come to know Jesus as their Lord and Savior. He looks forward with great excitement to see how God will continue to move and make His name known in the nation’s capital and to the ends of the earth. 

Pastor Carlos Duran

  For the last 25 years, Pastor Carlos Duran has been an entrepreneur and business owner in the Washington DC Area and has worked with faith-based organizations and churches across the country, promoting development and programs for the Hispanic community. In 2009 Carlos Duran founded Hombres de Palabra (Men of their Word); an organization dedicated to “equipp men to reach their maximum potential through education and training”.

                  In 2011 he was recognized by the White House as a “Champion of Change” for his work on behalf of men and families in the country. Carlos Duran is currently the CEO of “Hombres de Palabra/Men Of Their Word,” and participates and supports various organizations by being a part of their board of directors, such as the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, Volunteers for America for the Chesapeake Area, and Young Life “National Hispanic Initiative”. 

                   He worked for “Promise Keepers” for over 12 years, reaching and serving Hispanic men and communities across the country. He served as the Executive Director for the Evangelical Association of Hispanic Ministers in the Washington metropolitan area, the chapter Director of Washington DC for the NHCLC and program manager for projects concerning education and issues related to the Hispanic community across the nation.

                     Duran was born in Colombia and immigrated to the USA at the age of 19. Carlos and his wife Libia, live in Maryland with their five beautiful children. He has a degree in Business Administration and Project Management from Liberty University.
